General Information

  • The quick movements exercise your joints and muscles and improves strength and flexibility.
  • In other words it provides a complete workout and allows you to meet new people while having fun! Pickup games using multiple courts.
  • Register with the Recreation Department for a reduced rate or pay the drop in for $7.00 an evening.
  • TOLLAND RESIDENTS ONLY.
