  • Interested in partnering with Tolland Recreation for a program or activity? We welcome proposals from individuals, instructors, organizations and more! Complete the Program & Activity Proposal Form with as much information and detail as possible to help the Tolland Recreation team evaluate your proposal and determine how it may fit within our program offerings. Program proposals are reviewed during the planning period for each Tolland Newsletter (Winter, Spring/Summer, Fall), we encourage proposals to be submitted well in advance of the desired program season.
