Yoga AM & PM - YOGA - Morning, Wednesday, Session 1, Summer 2025 These classes are mixed level Kripalu Yoga classes. In the Kripalu approach we use the tools of yoga – breathing exercises, yoga postures, and meditation – to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and resilience in the body and mind. I also incorporate some of the principles of Ayurveda, “the science of life”, in these classes to give you more tools to cultivate balance, harmony, and vibrant health in your life. Everything can be adapted to suit individual levels.
