Program Refund Policy
1. All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tollandrec@tollandct.gov.
2. When requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of an activity, refunds will be granted and are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. In lieu of a refund, a full credit to your Tolland Recreation account may be applied if requested. No refunds or account credits will be issued within 14 days of the start of the activity.
3. If a program is cancelled by the Tolland Recreation Department, a full credit will be issued to the household's Tolland Recreation account. Refunds for these programs are available upon request.
4. Bus Trip and Special Event registrations are refundable only in the form of a Tolland Recreation account credit if your seat/space is filled by a new registration.
4. Refunds for Tolland Recreation team sports leagues/programs may only be approved if requested prior to the program's registration deadline.
5. All refunds will follow the Tolland Finance Department's billing schedule and will be issued in the form of a check.
