In the Kripalu approach we use the tools of yoga – breathing exercises, yoga postures, and meditation – to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and resilience in the body and mind. I also incorporate some of the principles of Ayurveda, “the science of life”, in these classes to give you more tools to cultivate balance, harmony, and vibrant health in your life.
